Wallenius Lines AB
The Swedish based Wallenius Lines AB is the partner and shareholder in all joint ventures Wallenius holds together with Norwegian Willh.Wilhelmsen and Japanese Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK). Wallenius Lines AB also owns or long time charters a fleet of some 15 Swedish flagged vessels, operated by the commercially operating companies in the Wallenius Group; Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, EUKOR Car Carrier, United European Car Carriers and the American Shipping & Logistics Group. The company's head office is located in Stockholm.

Wallenius Lines Singapore Holding Ltd.
The Wallenius Lines Singapore Holding group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wallenius Lines AB and owns a fleet of close to 15 Singapore-flagged vessels, operated by the commercially operating companies in the Wallenius Group. The company's head office is located in Singapore.

Wallenius Marine AB
The Swedish based Wallenius Marine AB is responsible for technical and environmental development of the Wallenius fleet in general. Wallenius Marine AB is also responsible for ship management of the Swedish flagged Wallenius vessels with its head office in Stockholm.

Wallenius Marine Singapore Ltd. 
Wallenius Marine Singapore Ltd is a wholly owned company by Wallenius Marine AB and is responsible for crewing and technical management of the Singapore flagged Wallenius vessels with its head office in Singapore. 

Scandinavian Crewing Management
Scandinavian Crewing Management, SCM, is a Manila based crewing company for all Phillipine recruitments. It is owned by Wallenius Marine (12.5%), Transatlantic (12.5%) and Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc.

 

Joint ventures

Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics
AS, jointly owned by Wallenius Lines and Wilh.Wilhelmsen, was established in 1999. WalleniusWilhelmsen Logistics offers integrated global logistics solutions, including ocean and land-based services that include terminal and technical services for the automotive, agricultural, mining and construction equipment industries. WWL operates a majority of the vessels owned by Wallenius Lines and Wilh.Wilhelmsen and is the contracting party in all customer contracts. The head office is located in Oslo.

 
EUKOR Car Carriers is a joint venture between Wallenius Lines (40%), Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA (40%) and Hyundai Motor Company and Kia Motors Corporation (20%), established in 2002. EUKOR operates some 90 vessels and is the main carrier for Hyundai/Kia automotive group. The head office is located in Seoul, Korea.

United European Car Carriers, UECC, provides short-sea traffic and logistics operations covering the whole of Europe, partly between the company’s own terminals. UECC was acquired in 1991 and operates some 20 vessels transporting approximately 1.1 million vehicles annually.

American Shipping and Logistics group (ASL) consists of several companies, all of which are established on a joint-venture basis between Wallenius Lines and Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA. All companies in the ASL group are headquartered in the U.S. and consist of liner service operating companies, ship owning companies and logistics services companies. The primary operating companies in the ASL Group are:

  • American Roll-on Roll-off Carrier, LLC (ARC), the largest U.S. flag Ro-Ro carrier and the third largest U.S. flag carrier overall in international trade.

  • American Auto Logistics, LP (AAL), which provides door-to-door logistics for private vehicles. It is the contract service provider to the U.S. Government under the Global POV Contract.

  • American Logistics Network, LLP (ALN) develops and provides systems for logistics services including car storage, as well as managing vehicle processing and storage facilities.

  • Transcar GmbH in Germany, a logistics trucking, and vehicle processing company and subcontractor to AAL.
